Surprised LHH fans find out Yandy and Mendeecee are not married...

Last year, Yandy and Mendeecees had a very beautiful wedding ceremony that was included in the #LHHNY taping and was super meaningful considering that Mendeecees was about to begin an 8-year prison sentence...
For a few months, rumors have been circulating that it was all fake for TV..
Trending blog famelous.com first broke the news and some pretty heavy allegations, which have all seemingly disappeared from the internet.

The initial report about the faked marriage also claimed that Love & Hip Hop New York creator Mona Scott-Young had no idea until recently that Yandy and Mendeecees didn’t actually get married in that expensive wedding special that she put on for them. The report also claimed that Mona was really upset when she found out that it was all for show and probably felt pretty duped.

Now that Season 7 of Love & Hip Hop New York has started, Yandy has been bombarded by drama from Mendeecees’ baby mamas. Erika and Samantha have ganged up on Yandy early in the season despite Mendeecees’ request that all the women come together in order to help raise his kids as siblings while he is away. That  obviously isn’t working out, but in the premiere episode, Yandy made it seem like she just really missed little Mendeecees, who used to spend a lot of time with her and after his father’s incarceration doesn’t go to her house anymore.
Samantha told Yandy on the last episode of LHHNY that she stopped sending her son over there because Yandy doesn’t respect her as a mother and even gave reasons why she felt that way. Is the beef between Yandy, Erika, and Samantha really about child support, though? Are Mendeecees’ baby mamas just upset because it’s quickly coming up on a year since Mendeecees has been in prison and they can’t collect child support from Yandy like they had planned because she outsmarted them?

Yandy and Mendeecees are said to have purposefully left a signature off of their marriage license so that it wouldn’t be processed. The reason for the marriage fake-out was to keep Mendeecees’ other baby mamas out of Yandy’s money while he’s in prison. Apparently, when someone is incarcerated, at least in some states, the mothers of his other children can come after his spouse to collect child support. Obviously, Yandy and Mendeecees wanted to avoid having Samantha or Erika come after her.
