After an incredible summer, #Desiigner has gotten himself caught up in some legal trouble.
According to TMZ, the #GOODMusic signee was arrested Thursday night in NYC in a road rage incident that reportedly led to several charges including a drug and weapons charge.
Apparently, the people in Desiigner’s SUV got into an altercation with the driver of another car.
One thing led to another, and the driver of the other vehicle called the cops and claimed the rapper pointed a gun at him. As Desiigner and his posse drove off, the driver took down their license plate number.
When the SUV was found, cops discovered a large number of loose pills, such as OxyContin and other drugs. The rapper and four others in the vehicle were arrested and charged with felonies.
According to TMZ, Desiigner was charged with criminal possession of a loaded weapon, menacing, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drugs with the intent to sell.
All five people are still in custody, the publication reports.
